Our Leader
Rick Coates is the President of Galleher Duffy, one of the nation’s largest flooring distributors and a
key brand within the Artivo Surfaces portfolio. A longtime executive of Galleher, Rick has been
instrumental in the company’s success and played a role in its transition through the formation of Artivo
Surfaces and the subsequent merger of Galleher and Tom Duffy into what is now Galleher Duffy.
With
decades of experience in the flooring industry, Rick brings deep operational expertise and strategic
vision to the business. His leadership has driven growth, strengthened customer relationships, and
expanded proprietary brand offerings across residential and commercial markets.
